“Earn and Learn” is a programme combining both part-time job and internship opportunities.
Students can acquire operation working experience as a paid part-timer. In the meantime, the accumulated part-time hours can convert into an internship opportunity in office with on-the-job training and work assignments.
“Drive Your Way” is a tailored programme that allows graduates to shape their future by designing their own trainee journey according to their career preferences.
The 1-year trainee journey allows graduates to build business and management capabilities through job rotation, overseas exposure, strategic projects and learning sessions.
