Maxim’s Group to be the Title Sponsor of CSR Challenge for three consecutive years Date:Feb 2019
Maxim's Group is thrilled to be the Title Sponsor of CSR Challenge for the third year. Organized by Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS), CSR Challenge is a competition aiming at unleashing university students’ potential in serving the community and to raise their awareness towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). 

The theme of the competition this year is “People Engagement: The Millennial Way”, with an aim to inspire the new generation to develop innovative ideas in creating a good experience for employees and ways of building an excellent employee engagement cycle. 

The competition was kicked off with an opening workshop in last December, followed by experiential learning sessions, semi-final and grand finale. Over 80 teams of young talents have enlightened Maxim’s Group with inspiring ideas to enrich the people engagement journey. The grand finale was successfully held in early February with Mr. Keith Siu, CFO of Maxim’s Group as the Head Judge.  


Dozens of young talents enlightened Maxim’s Group with inspiring ideas for staff engagement in the CSR Challenge 2018. 


The champion team - Year two students from the University of Hong Kong, stood out among the participants with brilliant ideas to enrich the engagement for frontline colleagues. 

 


Participating teams visited Shake Shack, to better understand the workflow of frontline colleagues from the introduction of a store manager.
