Jasmine and Peking Garden from Maxim's Chinese won 2 awards of the "Service and Courtesy Award 2018", This is the 8th consecutive years for Maxim’s Group to receive an award.

Maxim's Cakes won 5 awards of the "Service and Courtesy Award 2017" in Food Shops Category, Ms.Leung Po Shan, Sandy who is the store manager of Starbucks Hong Kong, was accredited 2017 Service & Courtesy Award – Individual Award Winner of Supervisory Level (Food Shops Category) by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA). This is the 7th consecutive years for Maxim’s Group to receive an award.

Maxim's MX was awarded "Smiling Services Enterprises Award (Catering - Quick Service Restaurant)" by The Hong Kong Mystery Shoppers Association.
Staffs from Starbucks were accredited the 2016 Service & Courtesy Award by HKRMA, This is the 6th consecutive years for Maxim’s Group to receive an award.

Mr. Alan Cheng, store manager of Starbucks Hong Kong, was accredited 2014 Service & Courtesy Award – Individual Award Winner of Supervisory Level (Food Shops Category) by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA). Yuki Yuen of arome also received Outstanding Performance Award amid keen competition. This is the 4th consecutive years for Maxim’s Group to receive an award.

Quick Service Restaurant & Caterering Service Division of Maxim's Group won six awards in the “Best Smiling Customer Service Competition” under “Smiles at The Airport Campaign” organized by the Hong Kong International Airport.
Maxim’s Cakes was accredited 2013 Service & Courtesy Award –Individual Award Winner of Junior Frontline Level (Food Shops Category)by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA). This is also the 3rd consecutive years for the Cakes & Bakery Division to become the winner of the category.
Four restaurants of Maxim’s Group, including Miso, Serenade Chinese Restaurant, Festive China and Shanghai Garden, won The 2013 Outstanding Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Merchant – Merit Award
